Also, they are very aggressively rude on the phone. I was even laughed at. We did not have active service from this company but the house we moved in to had a key pad that would not quit barking at us. They could have easily told us where the main control box was located so that we could disconnect it ourselves. They chose the money grab and decided how much to charge me AFTER after they had already come out. What was her response? "Well you didn't ask how much it would be." So, I guess that is on me, but what a horrible way to do business. They wanted me to pay over the phone but I requested they send an invoice in the mail. They sent me THREE invoices. So they made that big money $113 service fee from me but will never get another cent. My advice, pick a different alarm company.

Not to mention she was extremely rude and belittling on the phone. There are plenty of other alarm services. I highly recommend you pick another one!

This will not sit well after being a customer since this store was built!!!!
