It took him months to fix it, with me inquiring multiple times, with him NEVER calling to let me know it had been repaired. I finally went in to pick it up and he said he "couldn't find it". That it "might" be in a box in his basement, or in his safe that he couldn't get into. I then came back 6 times, while also calling multiple times, with him continuing to give excuses. He was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful throughout the process. I finally got my phone back and it WAS NOT EVEN FIXED RIGHT. I sent a friend in to explain the situation because I do not care to deal with someone of his low quality again. He was also rude to her and accused her of lying, while saying that he will not refund my original payment. Therefore, there are multiple other repair shops in the area. Nothing made sense he was only trying to benefit himself we ended up making up an excuse to run out of there! We stopped by just as this location opened and thank goodness. We caught Bee as her first customers of the day. She was so polite getting to know what phone we were looking for, what type of plan we needed, and reviewed all the trade in options. She helped select the proper plan for a new line, then she reviewed our current plans looking for any wasted features we weren't using. Bee'ing a parent herself, she helped us set up parental controls on the new line. Several folks started lining up but thankfully Zack's shift started and he started helping next in line quickly. Locust Grove struggles to find good employees but this store is a gem!

He was extremely helpful and gave me a new case for my phone. He told me the Samsung A models were built to be discontinued in the future and it would be best if I were to get an S23,24 or 25 when/if I decide to get a new phone. He said the A models only last 2 years which is correct. He told me I could bring my old phone in and transfer the data from it to my current phone or if I wanted to wait until I got a new phone, they could transfer the data to it too. Said it would take about 30 min and cost maybe $65.00.Love my new case.
