Took them an hour and a half to clean it up and reattach it. They charged me $150 for the labor. Two days later one of my speakers blew after playing half a song at full volume and I was very upset because I've never had issues at full volume for a short amount of time. I took the car back and told them what happened, since the repair was still under warranty they took my car in only to confirm my speaker was blown. Since the speaker I had was discontinued I had little choice but to get 2 new subwoofers from them and get them installed right away. Their prices of their speakers marked up 150% so I had them price match a good supplier which was nice but on top of that they made me pay another half an hour of labor to put them in and adjust the amp like they should've done in the first place. I ended up paying a whopping $380 for what should've been a simple repair. In the end, all I got was a giant hole in my pocket and a lifetime warranty on the speakers I bought from them. I'm very disappointed with the experience I had at Sight on Sound, do better.
