The kid described the rig in detail and the staff person pushed him at a 4K monitor despite the kids machine obviously being geared to 1080P. After the kid had moved on I asked the staff person and I was told that ALL gaming PC are meant for 4K and this person actually believed what they where saying. Add to this staff that does not know how to look up inventory, staffers that avoid talking to customers and actually move away if a customer approaches them. When you approach managers about these types of issues, the response I got was and I am quoting, "You know you can always use Amazon." Another fun exchange is they give everyone (at least in my area) gets hand written Christmas cards with candy every year, thanking us. We always make sure to give the guys cookies.
