Instead of a quick, standard return, I got excuses and zero effort to resolve it. No accountability, no attempt to help--just a flat "we can't." If management wants to know who dropped the ball, check who was working the floor at that exact time. This wasn't a system issue--it was an effort issue. If Verizon is going to promote in-store returns, staff needs to actually process them. Otherwise, you're just wasting customers' time and risking billing disputes. Drove 30 minutes to Marion, Illinois, and that store has employees that actually bothered to look up the customer data and do the in-store return. Imagine that. Don't do business at the Carbondale store. They suck.

Sure , like we dont have any other better things to do than waiting in the Att office! Well, we give a try, decide to switch the carrier.Enough is enough. Mark was very helpful, within couple hours he was able to tell me what was wrong, it was actually one of capacitors. Today my TV is already fixed.
