    Alright, now that I no longer work there, let me explain the lady above's comment. She was actually…read morein the store to commit a fraudulent purchase. Her name was not listed on the account so she couldn't take that we were unable to help due to the fact that we couldn't verify the account hence her name not being anywhere on it. She stayed in the store for nearly an hour talking to customer service for them to tell her the same thing. It was me she was referring to and I was polite the ENTIRE time. So when she left, I OPENED the door for her and told her to have a nice day and the initial F you came from her, so yes, the same thing was said to her in response. They continually called corporate on me and after reviewing tapes, I didn't lose my job because the video verified what I said was true. Of course I should have kept it professional, so for that I was wrong. HOWEVER, if you're going to leave a review to discuss me, tell the truth, that's all. And the new crew there is awesome just as we were lol. Mind you, she's a teacher with that filthy mouth and attitude.

I asked to use the bathroom and she said they didn't have fun (which is fine), but then asks what kind of phone I have to upgrade. I laughed and just walked out. Called AT&T and they told me to go in a store. I told them this store had told me to call. AT&T said that was not right, but sent me the screen protector coverer. Too bad Yelp doesn't let you rate a spot a 0. I wouldn't expect much from this store.

    Kendra Little Store Manager for Grenada and Batesville,…read moreMississippi Today, Kendra displayed that she has a problem listening and allowing me to me ask Austin, a simple question in that he is the salesperson I've been working with since last night. She insisted i be quiet while she tells him what to do, but this was after I engaged Austin asking him to reverify if there is a balance left on my phones or ipad because last night he told me that my ipad was paid off in 2022 which it should be although we have continued to pay for monthly service now 2.5 years after pay off. Kendra however, rudely and repeatedly stated that nothing was paid off and there is a lot going on here; in an insulting tone. I not only had a problem with her rude disrespectful tone, I have a problem with her lying stating nothing on my account was paid off and there is nothing she can do for me! She lied because she wouldn't hear the truth. It's insulting and disrespectful and beyond rude and sympathetic! She got louder and louder insisting she walk him through how to verify any balances although I kept telling her that he already verified that last night and I just need to ask him a question because her rudeness at this point is a customer service issue and only because I want to simply ask Austin a question and she wasn't the center of attention. She then stated, "Im about to go" simply because I insisted on talking directly to Austin first to fully explain to him my concern and she tried to bulky her way into our conversation when all she had to do is wait 60 seconds for me to verify something with Austin from last night. My gut feeling as a psychologist is that customers complain about her attitude often and maybe nothing is done. Because she couldn't control the conversation with me and Austin, she hung up on both of us! I want an apology because I was about to buy 3 new phones and 2 iPads until she rudely disrespected me and she did this while another customer was in the store and walked out because she lost her temper and was very boisterous! It should've been embarrassing to her because it was to me and Austin looked embarrassed and bedazzled! As a 22 year military veteran whose been with you over 10 years, faithfully and me taking out my time to bring you business Im insulted and will probably pay these phones off and go to AT&T to do business. I want an apology from Kendra and my concerns addressed as she just costed me a valuable one hour and I got nothing here done today and additional 35 minutes writing this complaint. Kendra should be fired and Austin promoted as he stayed completely calm understanding what just happened.
