As well as they won't update you with notifications or give a simple call back with the extension x2111 that they provide for you. It's a shame that this store has employees that work for them to fix high cost products and leave the customer in the unknown of when the product is fixed and when it is arriving and when it is ready for pick up. If you can save time by sending in your repairs online if possible. They do not care here at all. My product was sitting in their storage and no one contacted me, I had to get updates from Apple directly and I called corporate Best Buy to complain. Corporate said they would have someone and a manager call me twice and no one called. This store is absolute garbage. Their servicing needs to be reevaluated asap.
