There have been few times in my life where I have ever been inside of a business that makes me…read morefeel... icky. Leave it to this place to leave me with an even worse feeling than when I went in. Not only did these guys seem shady as a South American Arms Dealer , they were rude and unyielding. I recently went in with a friend because the service that my friend was getting was ridiculously poor , it would shut down when receiving picture messages , and the overall service was just horrendous. Double talk and repeating the same things over and over again about why they couldn't refund even the phone that was trying to be returned is poor business practice. They could have at least refunded the $30 for the phone , but instead they decided to argue the situation and have therefore lost customers and hopefully other people will read this review and think twice about going into an establishment that can't even be bothered to listen to... let alone help their customers. Fun fact - someone else came in right as we were leaving to complain about the service. This place should be avoided at all costs. Their service is third-rate, at best. Their customer service is non-existent. Good job guys. Hopefully the rest of your customer base will wake up to your abuse and flee the scene as quickly as possible. 1 star is too generous.

Pretty disappointed with my recent contract for AT&T internet. I wish I would have done a little…read moremore research first. When I talked to their representative over the phone, they told me they were giving me a very good deal being that I was a "preferred customer" based off of past purchases I had made. The rep asked me how much streaming I plan to do and how many devices. I told them I want very fast internet for over 5 devices, in order to stream netflix/hulu, music, gaming, etc. They assured me that this deal would be great and support all that I told them I would be doing. Flash forward a couple months, where I have done my research. Unfortunately, I locked myself into a year long contract with a company charging me the same as everyone else under a false pretense. Not horrible. Still a decent price. I feel deceived though, due to the fact that I cannot stream netflix for more than 10 minutes at a time. I have troubleshot everything, and the only conclusion I can reach is the faulty internet. I have taken to listening to more music, because it is very frustrating to try and watch a fragmented show. I would avoid AT&T or just make sure you do your research to know that it truly supports the things you'll need wifi for.
