Company not interested one bit apparently your bag has to break within their 28 day refund policy.....Directed me to the wholesaler they bought these handbags from..... Wholesalers not interested...... After waiting a further week for the Owner to contact me after I had visited the shop I was advised that my bag was too heavy and that is why the handle broke........Its a leather shopper for heavens sake....... So the moral of this story is quite clear........ Steer clear of Coyote Clothing unless your happy to buy items that are clearly of un merchantable quality............... Unhappy from Devon
