Always been served by friendly and helpful staff and my only complaints would be that sometimes I have had to wait for a changing room and there isnt any big enough for a pushchair as well.

It is right at the top of town, but well worth the effort to get there. There is a large amount of changing rooms and you rarely have to wait to use them. Nice amount of checkouts which means the waiting time here is kept to a minimum also.

But the trouble is finding it! As a discount store although things are grouped according to type sometimes it can take a lot of sifting through (especially clothing) to find what you are after. If you have the time and patience to look through things like that though there are bargains to be had in all areas. Despite the effort in finding things I still love this shop, in part because the prices can be good and also because often you don't know quite what you will find in there!

Although the clothing in QS used to be considered a little old fashioned there is now plenty of more modern items to be found here alongside some of the slightly more traditional things. The childrens range features favourites such as Thomas and Bob and all at very good prices. The good prices also goes for the toys and homewares, I have picked up several things much cheaper than I would expect to find them elsewhere. The staff are friendly and helpful, and my only complaint on access would be that I can't get my pushchair upstairs as there is no lift in there!

Generally I find this label just a little bit too expensive for my taste, but the sale naturally removed that stumbling block. I do like the clothes here, but some of the designs are a little bit cartoonish. I tend to go for the more understated items. The music in this branch was awful during the visit. I'll let that one by unpunished as I wasn't really there for my listening pleasure.
