It's a smaller space which can probably cause some issues for bigger classes. However, Coach Spencer was super welcoming, very knowledgeable, and incredibly passionate about what he does. WOD's are located on their Instagram so you know what you're getting into. Highly recommend doing a drop in!

I dropped in to CFDV while in town for a week for work. Right away, Laura (one of the coaches),…read morePete, Diana, Sabrina, and the rest of the great community there made me feel welcome immediately, despite ol COVID. Masks were worn inside, but accommodations were made to give people space to workout outside. All throughout the week, the coaches and class members were upbeat, positive, fun people to be around, and the coaches were gave solid cues where needed. Thanks for a great week!
