Luis worked on the outside and even cleaned some lint off the roof that had been sitting there for awhile. Karla is small but mighty. She carried a very large vacuum up the stairs and moved the dryer out so she could clean. She showed my before and after photos of the very lint-filled inside of the dryer. While cleaning, they left some of the slats upside down and off their tracks. What a hassle it is to get those back in place. I have 2 artificial plants that were never touched by a rag or a Swiffer. Shouldn't they at least be looked at? The cleaners may have worked in hotels but no experience in residential homes. I don't really blame the cleaners, I blame their training. Obviously, their trainer was too lazy to make sure they learned what they were taught. Too many more things to mention, suffice it to say it was a waste of $635. I spoke to the owner who said, "I'm sorry you feel that way. Our cleaners are thoroughly trained," blah, blah, blah.
