I purchased a tie die shirt on 8/1/23 and did not ask for a receipt and paid cash. It was a large…read moreand too small when I brought it home and tried it on. I took it back a couple days later (8/3/23) with the original tags on it and asked to exchange it. The two girls at the counter said to find another shirt with the exact same price. I found another shirt but it was $1.00 more. I told them I would pay the difference and they both told me absolutely not. The new shirt MUST be the exact same price Note that there were many other shoppers in the store but these two girls behind the counter, refused to come out from behind the counter and assist and assist anyone in the store. Their personal conversations from behind the counter were more important than assisting store customers. I ended up leaving with my original new shirt that was too small. Lesson learned - expect terrible service if two girls are working behind the counter and get a receipt. I do not recommend shopping there unless you enjoy absolutely terrible service.
