    Both clocks are broken.

This place is horrible... if you care about your love one.. DO NOT BRONG THEM TO THIS FACILITY! They af.it you on the 1st floor, which I'd give 2 stars. Then moved my relative and her roommate to the 3rd floor. OMG... rooms are dirty, floors look like they haven't been swept or mopped in a long time. My relative is a stroke patient who needs assistance with feeding, which I was assured would not be a problem... well they bring her food, already cold, come back over an hour later to feed her. I arrived at 5:30 she still had a gown on. She has clean clothes for everyday of the week, they put the same clothes off two and three days. I know because I wash the clothes. At 6pm, they came to give her a shower. Put in bed but she needed to go to the bathroom, nurse just pee in the bed you have a pad on. I could go on... bottom line... don't bring anyone here if you care about them. I have pictures to confirm and document. They receive this 1star because I can't put 0. First for rooms have a white board some you can write on, have necessary information posted but not on the 3rd. This facility is very deceiving because the decorations as you walk in are beautiful, once you pass registration, it's all downhill. What more alarming... they dispense meds but don't monitor whether the patient actually took the med! A pill fell out my relatives' bed on the floor!

This is my police report. One of the staff threatened my grandmother

I had to call the police on the nursing assistant for threatening my grandmother that he was going to punch her in the face twice. The staff members are very rude they walk around in street clothes. My grandmother's roommate was elderly and has dementia. She made her way over to my grandma's bed and the nursing assistant came in and threw her on her bed. My grandmother yelled at him because the way he treated her roommate. That's when he threatened my grandmother. We took my grandmother out of there the same night never go there

My father was in this facility for 3 1/2 weeks. I have visited him several times during his stay and the staff extremely rude. The staff rarely spoke to visitors which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, some wings smell horrible and could use an upgrade. I would not recommend this place.

This place is TRASH!!! Don't be fooled by the Google reviews either. They are fake pages and employees playing damage control. The halls smell like stool, and nurses aren't knowledgeable and are RUDE!! Cynthia on the 3rd floor is lazy and disrespectful and so is the old lady with blonde hair on the 1st floor. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

We ended up getting to know each other, because he liked my work ethic.  Evidently he had been watching how I do my job and liked people that take pride in their work. After the second week I got to know him, I didn't see again. I had learned he had lost his job at Homedepot job, lost his girlfriend and something else.  I can't  remember if he lost his car or not, but if it is true, it explain way he might have been late for work.  I am sure there was a lot more going on that I did not know about. I learn he was at the subway when he ended his life by train. What hit me hard is the last conversation we had. Either it was another associate or an actor who took their life, but it was the core of our conversation. I remember him saying he would never do that no matter how bad things got. We talked about people one could go to for help as well.  Whatever happened, happened  in a series of three or four close together. If he came to the store begging to keep his job, his pleas fell on deaf ears. Finally, When I met my wife, she had told me she once tried to take her own life, but the pills didn't work. Evidently her body and spirit were as one and rebuked the pills she had taken.   I know my wife has been depressed from time to time as I have. It takes a special kind of person to see the signs and snap them out of whatever funk you're partner's in. Suicide doesn't care if you die, because the depression will most certainly move onto someone else. Misery loves company and this is why suicide and misery do well together...stick with laughter and joy...they are better company. I am glad there is a Suicide Hotline, because when I was depressed, that phone line didn't really register with me, but now, there are more ways to get help than just a phone line. "Even the darkest night will end, and the sun will rise"...a helping hand will always be there...

I said I'm not Jewish, but my father was. She went on a 5 minute rant that she doesn't know anyone with my last name who is Jewish. I didn't go back there. Then she called me and told me to come back for more therapy. 'Fraid not, only in this area is that so called therapy.

I checked with a friend whom I knew had hired help to care for her ill daughter. My friend highly recommended Mrs. Brown and Heaven on Earth. I called Mrs. Brown, interviewed her at my home, and gave her my care requirements. She outlined a plan of care, and we agreed on a start date. The two caregivers she selected were far beyond excellent. Both ladies were polite, compassionate, caring, thoughtful, thorough, and professional. Important to me, they accompanied me to the bathroom and stood nearby day and night. Also important, both ladies kept me and my house clean. They helped me bathe and dress daily. They cooked nutritious meals and left the kitchen spotless. They helped me track the many medicines I was prescribed for healing and pain, and they logged the medicines and times taken. One even went to the pharmacy to pick up a newly prescribed medication. My caregivers encouraged me to do the required exercises and tracked them in a notebook. If I hadn't exercised in a while a caregiver would come to me and suggest that I take a Tylenol and start exercising. After exercise, one would re-attach the ice machine to my knee. A very important task during my recovery was keeping the cold therapy machine filled with ice. The machine pipes ice water through the channels of a special compression pad on the knee. It helps control swelling and inflammation. Occasionally, a caregiver needed to go to the nearby store to pick up a 5-pound bag of ice and anything else that I needed. Everything was done with such pleasantness and a genuine caring. They spoke to me so nicely, as if they were caring for a favorite aunt or mother. They were polite and respectful of my me and my home. It was enjoyable to chat with each of them. When I worked, we evaluated employees in terms related to "meeting requirements". The highest rating was "far exceeds requirements consistently" and that's exactly how I would rate Mrs. Brown and her team.
