I am very unhappy with the service I received!!! My mower finally came home…read more after 15 days and it is missing screws and nuts. They said the problem was water in the fuel line but...the reason I called them was the mower would not do anything when engaging the key nothing, now I might be an older woman but... I do KNOW that even without getting gas it would still turn over. I had just bought the mower off market place and it was almost out of gas So I took my new gas can that I use for my push mower and filled it up and it ran fine cut the entire yard then when trying to restart it would do nothing. The man that returned the mower said at one point after the mower was on the trailer to return to me that it would not start would not even turn over so he had to call the shop or someone and from there the story is very vague, not even sure he finished it I can remember he said it had plastic gas tank ..not sure what that has to do with anything. Now I have to hold back on the lever that lowers the deck to make sure starts. Geez I want all my parts returned and put back on the mower and this situation corrected. If you read the other reviews this happens often with missing screws and long return times. I am going to dispute the charge with credit card company till this is corrected. ++++++UPDATE++++++UPDATE+++++UPDATE OK I called Schmucker and they said they wanted to make things right, so they came and picked up the mower again on a Friday They returned it yesterday, Wednesday with all the screws and bolts in place and I no longer have to hold anything to get it to start Just turn the key and walah!! They made things right and I wanted to let everyone know that everyone makes mistakes but it takes a Good Person and business to accept and correct it. I would call them again if needed . I was there just a few weeks ago to get my Toro super recycler lawn mower serviced. When I dropped…read moreit off, they gave me an estimate of the service and when I picked it up, it more than doubled. On the paperwork, it stated they had it running for 10 minutes, and it was fine. But the real problem started when they brought out my Toro and I asked them to start it up. After several pulls, it didn't start, and they took it back in to find the problem. He returned a few minutes later and told my the spark plug wasn't hooked up. So, after they ran it for 10 minutes, he unplugged the spark plug? Still having the same issues, just with less money in my pocket. Would not recommend.
