Like most realtors making offers, the initial offer was lower than we needed so we negotiated to a 2nd offer that was much closer to what we anticipated considering the fixer upper that it was, but that is just the normal business practice when it comes to buying and selling homes. Jose went above and beyond in being accommodating with us when it came to cleaning out the house so they could begin work. Due to personal situations that kept coming up, it took us at least 4 weeks after closing before we were done getting out of the house and he didn't bat an eye every time I reached out and asked for more time. He always responded with 'No problem, just let me know when you are out and I'll start getting our contractors scheduled.' No pressure, attitude or push back at all even when days turned into weeks. They also let us leave a lot of broken items and what would end up being trash, and disposed of it for us so we didn't have to worry about renting a dumpster or hauling it to the junkyard ourselves. I would use these guys/Jose again if we are ever in the position of needing to sell our home quick.
