We visit Coshocton from out of town a few times a year (for the past 10+ years) and make Pizza Point a staple during our visits. First, I placed an order over the phone and felt as if I was an inconvenience to the employee on the other end. They were short with me, didn't bother telling me my total, and I was pretty close to just not picking up my pizza. Second, I called an hour ahead of time, knowing they're a busy place, and specified the time I wanted to pick up. Well, I arrived right on time and the pizza was warm, not hot. Very disappointing. Lastly, the quality just isn't what it used to be. I was looking forward to their pizza and maybe it was just the luke-warm temp but it definitely didn't hit the spot. Mediocre at best. I personally find it annoying how their large pizza is the equivalent to a medium, which they say so themselves. Why make it confusing for your customers? I'll say I do love the way they cut their pizza! If this was my first time here, I'd give them 1 star but I threw them another one because I know they've done better before.
