With this plastic container I received an envelope with a certificate of cremation. Funny how I thought it might be card of sympathy. Yet my mother paid an extra $1300 for a plastic bag. My first interaction with them was an email requesting my signatures. No phone call or expression of sympathy in the email. When I mentioned this they said "did you talk to your sister?" which is completely irrelevant and of course we were together. I just would have expected more professionalism. Came onto their website looking for an email to address these issue but only found links for reviews.

It's really hard to find any kind of place these days these days that has decent service to the public but the office staff (I think they were called counselors?) went above and beyond for us. The grounds are beautiful and you can tell that the outside workers take pride in what they do. The office staff were helpful, and not pushy at all. They listened to us and were mostly concerned with helping us get what we wanted and not on what someone else might think we should have. The prices for the plots were a lot better than the other two places we talked to and we had a lot of nice areas to choose from. Only thing I don't like is that they lock the gate when it gets dark at night so I can't come visit after work. Most people wouldn't care but I work an odd schedule. Wish they would leave it open all the time. Thank you to the staff for guiding our family through what was a very hard time.

I've been lied to by two different employees who both told me that they have ordered the death date marker for my mom's grave marker. She was buried mid July and today I'm told it was never ordered. I spoke with them last week and was told they had it and would have it added to her marker! If you must use this place for burial of your loved one, be prepared for lies and disappointment from the staff.
