This farm is owned by a family from Holland, who came to Canada without knowing anything about farming, worked many years on different farms in order to learn everything they need to know, and now they have their own farm and produce wonderful cheese. Besides the usual Gouda they have lots of other flavors, some very interesting ones. We picked up a huge piece of chili cheese (which was spicier than most other chili cheeses but not tongue numbing hot) and payed only a few dollars. And we brought back some good, homemade mustard. Again, make a stop at this place, try various cheeses, check out the other Dutch things they have in their little store, and bring home LOTS of cheese, like a whole wheel.
