I was given a quote of $160.00 for a deep clean of 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room and kitchen,…read moreand also requested refrigerator clean and carpet clean. The time agreed upon was on a Tuesday between 12 and 2. At 11:41 I got a message asking if we could reschedule for the next day at the same time because they were short staffed. We were having some friends over that night for my daughter's birthday, so that didn't work for me. I expressed that if they couldn't come that day then I would cancel. They said they would be at my home in 30 minutes. It was more than that, but no big deal. I told them the most important thing was the floors. If other things needed to not be done, it would be ok. They said they would finish the job. Alex and another guy showed up. When I asked about the carpet cleaning, he said he didn't know about that and didn't bring the cleaner. I offered mine and my cleaning solution if they could just do it. He agreed. We left for a couple hours and they had finished and left just before we got home. When I walked jn, the house smelled wonderful ... so clean! But so many things weren't done that I kinda expected considering I requested a deep clean. For instance, none of the front of the appliances in the kitchen had been wiped down. My bedside table wasn't dusted. The sliding glass door wasn't cleaned (I didn't specifically request that but ...). The banisters of the stairs weren't wiped down. And, quite honestly, I doubt the carpet was actually cleaned. Granted, my home looked and smelled better than when I left. But the tab wound up coming up to $184 plus tax for a total of $198 and some change. First, nothing additional was requested from the original estimate. Second, so many things were not done that I felt should have been done considering I requested a deep clean. And then there's the carpet cleaning question. Both guys were very pleasant. No issue with that at all. But I definitely don't think they did a job worth almost $200. Will not call them again.

I would give zero stars if I could. The original invoice--already much higher than local…read morecompetitors--turned out to be misleading. We agreed on roughly 6 hours of work for a normal 3/2.5 home with typical daily use (dusty, but nothing extreme). Instead, they dragged the job out to a painfully slow 10 hours, then had the audacity to tack on over $100 beyond the quoted price. To make matters worse, the coordinator insulted the homeowner by describing the property as "neglected" and "unlivable"--a wildly untrue and unprofessional remark. To be clear, the cleaner herself worked hard and did her best, but the overall experience was uncomfortable, overpriced, and felt duplicitous. I strongly recommend avoiding this business.

The owner,…read moreRichard and his wife Tammy responded to our request for a quote and gave us a sight unseen very reasonable one so we asked them to schedule us for today. They showed up with another close family friend, Pat. They had a well designed operation which used our tap water and using a reverse Osmosis (RO) filtration system, they were able to use the rinse water to air dry without any streaking on the outside windows which saved much time because they didn't have to squeegee (sic) them before replacing the screens! Smart! We have 23 exterior windows and using Richard's system, needed no ladders using his extension brush which doubled as a rinse device as well. One person took all our screens and scrubbed and rinsed and dried them before putting them back up. The inside work also was superlative as they thoroughly scrubbed the sills beautifully clean. What I'm trying to convey is that they took great pride in their work and even scraped some paint overspray off several windows which I hadn't expected. Bottom line, We plan to use them from now on- they are part of "our" family now! Some photos to follow:
