The way that you went out of your way to get my quote, called me over 5 times to assist me with changes, and also calling my mother to assist her, and bundle in her life policy! We learned after the fact that we had to get contractors to dig through their records 5 years ago to get the discount even though all the improvements to our home were permitted with the records freely available with city. They should have made sure the paperwork was good prior to taking our money. We certainly would have gone elsewhere and feel cheated. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and I would urge you to avoid this agency. We just want the issue to be done and to pay the price that was actually negotiated for and to receive one year of insurance for the money we've paid.

If I cannot reach him when I call, he returns the call the same day. He also promptly responds to E-mail inquiries. We had hail damage in May, 2019, and the State Farm claims team was fantastic. The adjuster who initially inspected my roof and property was easy to talk with and helpful. Members of the entire hail claim team were always courteous, pleasant to deal with and responded appropriately to my inquiries. They adjusted my payments (paid more) upon presentation of documents and information my roofer and I provided by E-mail. Did I get everything my roofer thought I was entitled to? No! However, I am satisfied with my overall experience with SF and their claims handling. I definitely recommend Todd Shipp and State Farm.

Last year they dropped the ball, they could have had my business for my Lubbock home as well. I kept asking the for a quote, begging really. Day of closing I had to find another company to insure the home. The office manager, Lilly, is so disrespectful and rude. I was looking for another insurance company to switch my policies over. Nope, can not, the , insurance has gotten so out of hand on what they will cover and not. So by default I have to stay with Cypress Insurance. And the same office manager is still working for the company. I told her this year through email that I was looking for another insurance company, because of the experience I had with her last year. Her response "I'm sorry you feel that way, I will take you off of our list to reach out to with new quotes." Oh my gosh! Terrible business practice! I'm stuck for the time being now, don't make the same mistake I made, don't get auto and home insurance through Cypress Insurance!!

From the very first conversation, she displayed a level of professionalism, knowledge, and care that is truly rare these days. She made what I expected to be a complicated switch feel effortless, walking me through every step with clarity and patience. What truly sets Alexandria apart is how much she genuinely *cares*. She went above and beyond--answering questions before I even thought to ask them, finding the best possible coverage for my needs, and following up to make sure everything went smoothly. I never once felt like "just another customer." I felt valued, respected, and completely confident in my decision to make the switch. If you're looking for an insurance agent who is sharp, reliable, and truly invested in helping you, look no further than Alexandria. She's the gold standard. State Farm is lucky to have her--and so am I. 10/10. Highly recommend.

just now New I wish I…read morecould give zero stars. I switched from my RELIABLE State Farm agent to save some money in March 2025. In April 2025-only one month later, I spoke to Marcus at Allstate and reduced one of three vehicles on my policy to liability only, which dropped my premium from $435 to $276/month. So when I get a bill for $428, I was confused. I called and spoke with Gisela, who, again, ran the changes but she came up with $280 and sent me back to Marcus, who never called me back. Called again and spoke to Tony-she was the ONLY helpful and knowledgeable agent I spoke with. She assured me the changes were in the system and she said she sent a message to the billing department to see what was going on. No response. Called AGAIN and spoke to Marcus again and he said he would get with billing and call me back. No call back. (So this has been three weeks by now.) Called again and spoke to Gisela. Again with the run around. In this conversation, I found out they included two different add-ons that I never requested. What?! How does that even happen without my consent? So Gisela removed the add-ons and assured me the changes were in their system even though the Allstate app on my phone still reflects a $428 premium. I called the very next day and spoke to Gisela again because the updates weren't on the app. She said the only thing left to do (since I have spoken to all the reps in the office) is to escalate the issue to her manager because there is nothing they (agents) can do even though they tried. Seriously? STILL no call back from Gisela or the manager regarding the escalation 7 days later. Here it is May and the problem STILL hasn't been fixed. I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life. I called my previous State Farm agent yesterday and opened another policy with that office. Yes, I pay $50 more, but sometimes it's true you get what you pay for. Less isn't always better. I called Allstate and canceled that policy this morning with Marcus. Let's see if he can make it happen. I have my doubts. Unfortunately, I have no faith in the Christian Vien agency. I will be checking every day for a cancellation update. I hope anyone signing with this agency has a better experience than I.
