Like others before, I had no idea they closed until I showed up for my appointment only to find a locked door and a dark and empty office. The staff was great and I always had as good of an experience as you can have at the dentist so I was sorry to hear everyone was let go and the place shut down permenantly. Not fair to the patients and the staff but who knows what the other side of the story is for closing down since no one told us! read more

The number on the door leads to a full v/m, and the number on the website leads to another dentist office in Castle Rock that informed me Creekside fired everyone and shut down. read more

Five stars for Creekside Dental and Dr. Marta Janion! I was visiting from out of town with a cracked filling/tooth- they fit me in the next morning and Dr. Janion did a superb job! They were communicative, careful with the amalgam (mercury) filling removal, and very gentle. She removed the cracked filling, fixed the tooth, and put in a new composite filling. I was in and out in a little over an hour. Tooth feels great and I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation. Thank you Dr. Janion and team! read more

I had pleasure of having Dr. Zachary Kettler as my dentist on my first appointment and could not be happier, made you feel comfortable. I had my my first cleaning with Denise and I could tell right away that I was in good hands, it helps too when she has 40 years of experience and loves what she does. Ive often left other dentists feeling ashamed about my oral health but Denise has really turned it around for me. I have been going to Creekside Dental for about 10 years. This Saturday morning, I chipped a tooth and it was very sensitive to air and cold things. When I called to see if they could see me since it was an emergency situation, and was happy to go to either office, the receptionist said they had no openings. I said it was an emergency and she said that she was sorry and they could see me on Monday at noon. Really? That is how a long time patient is treated? I am moving my business and my teeth elsewhere! The office is located in the Kingsoopers parking lot, there was plenty of parking. The waiting area and office are small. The waiting room looks humble. It's decorated with an old area rug, and some see through nature stickers on the windows. The receptionists were friendly. The assistant was nice as well. I met Dr. Lindsey (cannot recall her last name) seemed friendly. I needed a new Crown since mine was broken. And she said the tooth next to it had decay behind the filing. She wanted to take out the filling and replace it while she was in there fixing the Crown. I left having a feeling I needed to go elsewhere. I didn't have confidence in her knowledge or abilities. So I went to a different dental office to get a different opinion. The other office told me what we all already knew, I needed to replace the broken Crown. But when I asked about the health of the tooth next to that one, he said it looked great, the filing looked great and no work was needed. So, I received confirmation why I had that feeling I needed to go elsewhere. I would have had unnecessary dental work, and more expenses. I have read many great reviews on here about Dr. La Courture. I did not have the pleasure to meet him, as he was out of network with my insurance and Dr. Lindsey was not. I understand he has a lot of experience. And he often goes on missions abroad to serve with his dental work. It is possible my experience may have been different if I had Dr. Courture. However without meeting him and getting a feel for his knowledge and abilities I cannot say. Given my experience I would recommend going somewhere else. read more

I finally found a dental home! The 1st time I went in for a cleaning, the hygienist was great, then Dr. Lindsey came in. VERY professional, VERY friendly! Just had a crown replaced yesterday (that I knew had fallen apart some time ago) and Dr. Lindsey and her Assistant, Laura, were 2 of the BEST and most gentle and caring dental people I have EVER had work on my teeth in my life, and I'm 65! They make the crowns IN HOUSE and I was done and ready to go out for dinner the same day! The front office staff is fun, really sweet and VERY good at what they do also. I've seen negative reviews and just don't get it. This place is the BEST dental office I have ever been to...and I am very happy I found them! read more

I have to agree with Jennifer P. I felt that they were adding work that did "not" need to be performed! Many dentist pulled this "you need this crown. Oh, and you need this done, etc. on patients! When we were in the office there were endless patients where I heard needed one or more crowns. Go with your gut! I would choose another Dentist in the area. read more

I'm old and have gone to numerous dentist's in my life, but no other office has ever been as good as Creekside Dental in Parker, Colorado. The staff is super friendly and the professionalism is second to none. I have never experienced any discomfort or pain as a patient. If you are looking for an outstanding, professional dental organization give them a try. I'm sure you will glad you did. There are the best personal I have ever encountered. You won't be sorry! The worst part about moving is reestablishing all the services our family needs. Since moving to Parker 6 months ago I have seen Dr.Willis twice - 1 check up and 1 filling. The office staff is very nice and accommodating. Dr. Willis was very nice and thorough. They showed me pictures of what they were filling and what they were concerned about so I didn't just have to take their word on it. I wasn't pushed to schedule for treatment, which I appreciated. I've been seeing Dr. LaCouture most of my life. He is an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable dentist. His office is equipped with up to date dental technology, and all of his staff are very friendly and welcoming. He is probably the happiest person I know and I have no shame in saying I love going to the dentist! LOL! I really wanted to like this place. The receptionist and hygienist were super sweet and personable. The Dentist (Dr. Willis) was jovial and friendly. So what could possibly be the problem ? The problem is that I did not get a thorough, proper teeth cleaning. In the span of exactly 1 hour, I had x-rays, my gums were evaluated and rated, I received a rushed dental exam by Dr. Willis, and after that I received a very cursory cleaning which mainly consisted of some rushed scaling of my upper back molars. I have never had such a poor teeth cleaning in my life. Now I have to go to another Dentist and spend more money for a proper cleaning. Needless to say, I do not recommend this Dental practice. They seem to be more oriented toward cosmetic dentistry. read more

I was a patient at Creekside Dental for years. However, I decided to start my dental care somewhere else after being ignored when I called in an urgency because I had a terrible pain in my mouth. They just didn't care. They told me I would have an appointment the following week. I got an appointment with another dentist the same day and he gave me antibiotics due to an infection. On the other hand, my insurance covers 100% for maintenance twice a year. First time I went for maintenance the insurance covered it all. Second time I went for maintenance, Creekside Dental charged me for another service the insurance didn't cover and I had to pay. It was useless to tell them that they were charging me for a service I hadn't received or hadn't asked for. Lastly, on my last appointment I wasn't even seen by a dentist but only by her assistant. A complete let-down. Don't waste your health and money in them. read more

Pros: Excellent technology. Cary is a great dentist, knows his stuff and communicates well. Willis is friendly, but a little over the top. Technicians are skilled and helpful. Cons: Dishonest. Billed for services I did not receive. Services and insurance coverage poorly explained. I left five messages on voice mail before I received a call back. Summary, if money is no issue, this would be a great place for you. If you are on a budget, look somewhere else. read more

I wish I could have seen Dr LaCouture. Unfortunately, he was not accepting new patients. So I was sent to Dr Willis. Young guy, great personality and all the whiz bang equipment. Too bad he must have huge school loans to pay off. Seems like first words out of his mouth were crowns. You want to trust the dentist, but now I think he was only after the dollars of expensive crowns. Too bad they weren't even done correctly. Multiple trips back for bite corrections. The Dentist and Hygienist were good but office staff and billing were terrible, I was constantly quoted a price before scheduling a procedure and after the procedure was performed I was told that it was significantly higher. I was sent bills saying I owed monies however all of the services were paid at the time of the visit. When this was questioned they said to just ignore the bills and weren't sure why they said I owed money. They were very unhelpful when it came to my insurance limits and coverage. After speaking with them on constant billing issues and not reviewing my insurance coverage correctly they sent us a letter saying that we weren't a good fit for them and that they would not be providing my family anymore services. So if you want a good dentist with terrible office personnel that can't bill you correctly or follow through with what they say then this is the place for you. read more

I have been to many dentists and finally found the office I want to be seen at long term. Dr. Willis is friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable. I've gone to his office for the past two and a half years and have been extremely happy. I had a gap between my front teeth that he fixed as well as spaces between my top six front teeth. I'm currently a stay at home mom, but prior to that I worked in the dental field for 9 years. I don't like to inform the office of this information so I can see how well they do etc. My first appointment was a cleaning and the hygentist was very thorough. Dr Willis welcomed us to their office, was kind and personable. Two thumbs up there. Unfortunately, I had a cavity. Next appt, Dr. Willis did an outstanding job. For the first time (ever) I had no idea he had started giving me my shot/anesthetic. He was so gentle and the appointment was so easy. Dr. Willis took pictures of my tooth (I'm a visual person, so I love this) after he removed the decay and after he filled it. I felt important and that my needs were taken care of and met (I have high expectations too). If I ever start working in the dental field again, this is an office I would work for!
