Tinley and clean. My children were happy when they left. They make sure not to have others inside with you during Covid.

I chose Pecan Tree Dental because of it's great reviews, and I'm glad that I did so. Dr Smith and…read morehis staff are so friendly, and thorough (but not expensive). Everything from the Facility design, waiting room, free bottled water, surplus of reading material, and ceiling mounted television screens (for when you are in the chair), are a class act. The friendliness and amenities take the edge of the anxiety of seeing a dentist. Joe Novack

Let's continue the saga. That second crown, when they did…read moreinstall it was high. I told them it was high, but that didn't matter. We went to lunch after and while eating enchiladas, it dropped into place. It wasn't loose, so I didn't rush straight back. However, it did loosen a day or two later and they had to remove that crown. Now, three years later, I'm mad and tired enough that I wanted the work done that I paid for. After a few months of back and forth, it was installed today. The process seemed to go okay. They nicked something near the end and made my mouth bleed and there's a lot of pain, but the crown at least seems the right height. I signed a form and was sent to the front. They made me wait there a minute before telling me they needed me to sign a form. It was the same form I had just signed. I told the girl I had just signed it. So she calls the first girl and tells her I said I had just signed it and then asks "Is that true"? Damn! Call me a liar to my face??? Of course, I'm not a liar and the assistant verified I had just signed the form and they dismissed me. DO NOT CALL PATIENTS LIARS. There are FAR more things she could have said that were appropriate. "It's not showing up here" "I'm not seeing that on this end" "Why can't I see that?" And so on. But no, they'd rather call you a liar.

They take pride in not only the service and care they provide, but also their professional patient relationships. I've been a patient for several years, but Dr. An, Dental Assistant, the hygienist, office manager and staff is exactly what Lynn Creek Dental needed. They take no short cuts, and great pride in their thoroughness and integrity. It's rare to receive great service and appreciation as a customer/patient these days. Therefore, I appreciate the culture and patient centered dynamic at Lynn Creek, as it is contagious and consistent. It is evident that Wendy the office manager creates a consistent and satisfactory workplace environment for staff, while it reflects greatly in their performance. They truly create Smiles!

They then do a bat and switch if you bring cash to $60 dollars and try to get you to join a type of Dental Membership to pay monthly on a plan. All in all, it cost $60 dollars to look at teeth and hand over a few pieces of paper that outline what needs to be done with no other work involved. It seems to me a bait and switch was done, and they received an extra $11 dollars. BUYER BEWARE!!!
