Further the director abuses her position by nepotism hiring friends and family before even placing an opening for position. It appears that mediocrity is what is the accepted norm, yet the motto for Century Park is going above and beyond excellence. Maybe with a change of Executive Director Loise and removal or the poor choices she has brought on, this place might return to the once excellent reputation it received in years past.
