I am very glad that I did. I was very impressed. I had two fillings put in and a full cleaning and was in and out very quickly. Andrea is the best dental hygienist that I have ever had. She was very thorough and took the time to explain everything with me. Rather than just telling me what to do, she helped me understand why I should do what she was suggesting. It made me feel like she really cared about my teeth specifically. Then I went in to see Dr. Keyzer and she was equally impressive. Every time I've had fillings in the past, I have had residual pain for a few days after. Not with her. I was eating and chewing like normal less than 2 hours after leaving, WITH NO PAIN. Very very pleased. As for the rest of the experience, nothing but top marks. Waiting room was clean and tidy. The receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable, and a good listener. I also really liked that the paperwork that I had to fill out on my first visit wasn't of the sort that has been xeroxed a million times and is obviously from the 1980's like many other doctors offices. The day before his appointment -- after he had arranged time off work -- the office called to say they don't take his insurance because it's an HMO. They admitted they don't verify insurance until the day before, which is a serious flaw in their system.
