This entire facility is in immaculate condition and the grounds are manicured well. This is a unique combo of both quality and design. The campus itself was very orderly and had a peaceful resonance about it. The residents here seemed to be of the retired age and I didn't see any middle aged or younger people. My conclusion: marginal housing!
