This entire facility is in immaculate condition and the grounds are manicured well. This is a unique combo of both quality and design. The campus itself was very orderly and had a peaceful resonance about it. The residents here seemed to be of the retired age and I didn't see any middle aged or younger people. Apartment sizes range from 1-2 bedrooms and 1- 1.5 Baths. Monthly price ranges from 975.00 USD to 1350.00 USD. Amenities include laundry facilities, maintenance on-site, picnic area, and playground. My conclusion: marginal housing!
