I toured this place with my sister and the sales director was very nice and answered all our questions. The room she showed us could use a little update but overall it was a nice community. The sales director interduce us to all of the staff members as we walked by and she knew all of the residents names which we thought was great. The place was clean and welcoming. We will definitely keep Creekside on our list for when we are ready to move mom. read more

Unfortunately, things aren't always what they seem. I was heartbroken when my grandfather was kicked out after three days because he was a persistent whistler. I was under the understanding that staff was able to deal with aspects of dementia, but not this one. His whistling upset other residents, resulting in them (residents) threatening him with violence. Naturally, he was defensive when he was threatened. They sent him to a mental health facility, and as the new facility informed me (he was no longer welcome back at Creekside, per a staff member). I assumed he was done but was assured by management that they would evaluate him after two weeks at the mental health facility, where he strangely had no issues. I should have pulled him out then, but I wanted him to have a nice room at a clean facility. Ultimately he was determined not to qualify to return to the regular or memory care section. So I paid a $1500 entry fee for three days of service and then for an additional two weeks at a place he would never be allowed back at. Fortunately, the assisted living facility he is at now has been going great, and they tell me he is very getting along with everyone, is helpful, and rarely ever whistles. I don't know the difference, but I am undoubtedly upset with how he was treated at CreekSide. It is very disappointing because the place is beautiful, but it seems like they may lack care skills for those with Dementia or Alzheimers. read more

I moved my dad into this place because it seemed like a nice facility that was reasonably priced. But, you get what you pay for. He loved this place, but as the year went on, little bits of the staffs true colors started to show. They allowed my dad to decline in mobility and didn't communicate this until they sent a 30-day notice. I feel that the front office is terrible at managing the residents and their staff. Their seemingly understaffed, and there's little to no communication. They offered to help find a place when he was evicted but they never did. Emily from the empowerme facility on site sold him a wheelchair he didn't need through his insurance and without asking me. I actually have a printed email of her talking with the salesman asking "if he can afford it." They made an appointment at a local clinic for him and told me just a few days before he needed to be there so its pretty clear there'sno communication. I've been through the assisted living circuit more than a few times now trying to find him a decent place, and this one has been the second to worst to say the least. read more

This review is long overdue. I wanted to give my dad some time to get settle in and for me to catch the vibe. My dad has been a resident since September 2022 and I am very impressed with the compassion, the genuine love and concern that this facility displays for my dad on a regular basis. Literally the entire staff!!! It's family nothing less. My dad had stroke in December of 2021 and moved from Oakland Ca to Nashville with me and after 4 months with me dad and i decided he needed his own space back with supervision and I needed to go back to being his bby girl. This place has provided me with a peace of mind especially here recently when I caught the flu and wasn't able to visit my dad, when I say they took great care of daddy as they always do but in my absence they definitely made sure daddy was good. I love it here and strongly recommend this facility for your loved ones!!!!! read more

My loved one is living there now in assisted living. He absolutely loves it. Lots of activities. The care he receives is excellent and the staff is amazing. It is like one big happy family. It is family owned and run and they do an excellent job with the resources they have. Staffing has been poor all around the world but Creekside does an excellent job at making sure that they have good quality care for their residents. read more

My grandmother was at Creekside and died at Creekside 14 years ago. I begged my mother to move her out of that place. It stuck of urine because of the lack of care. She had dementia. My mother and father were tired of taking care of her. They were more interested in her home and land than selling it to pay for care for nice place for her. They let those people kill her. Every time l visited her something had happened to her there... it's a bad place and if you love your family members don't put them there!!! After reading recent reviews l see nothing has changed at that place... maybe it's because it's funded by Medicare or it's just evil people they employed or employ....nevertheless take care of your family. Creekside is a wonderful place! I'm so happy that I was able to find them while looking for placement for my mother. Everything has been absolutely wonderful in the care of my mother is receiving is top notch. I would recommend Creekside to anyone. read more

My mother was a Creekside for one year. She wanted to move because of the cutbacks in care provided at that facility. We have written notice of her moving as required and paid for the entire portion of her last month she was there even though she was only there ten days of that month. We were told the 20 days we paid for but did not use would be refunded. That was seven months ago and four phone calls trying to get the refund. They acknowledge we had a credit and promised the refund but would never follow through with the refund. We are in the process of a legal action. read more

Terrible!!!!! Do NOT place your loved one at this facility!!!!! We moved our precious father here in May of 2019, after having a tour where they made everything sound wonderful. They will tell you everything you want to hear, then never follow through once they have your loved one in. Under staffed, staff on their cell phones instead of watching patients. There are literally only a couple staff members who were angels who actually cared about the residents and did their jobs. We installed cameras and saw terrible treatment of our father. One overnight nurse left our father lay on the floor after falling, while she did other things. Management promised she would be removed...she was seen in his room again on camera. Promises of change that never happened. The management do not follow through with promises made. Several times we had to convince the nurses that there was truly something wrong with our father...after they would tell us "he was fine." Each of those times he ended up in the hospital for serious infections. This facility looks fine in pictures, but what truly happens in real time and behind closed doors....especially in the memory care "Reflections," is disgusting. A hallway of forgotten souls. Our Dad passed away only 2 1/2 months after living here, after another tragic accident. Our father is gone.....this review is to save someone else's loved one. read more
