One star is too generous! I signed up for Credit Saints May 1, 2026. I cancelled my contract today - July 1, 2026 due to repeated concerns about them delivering what they actual advertise. I see updates in Credit Karma that is never reflected in my customer portal in Credit Saint, even after I upload the changes and send it to Credit Saint. All they do is NOTHING, nothing but make documentation entries into your client portal. Every 30 (+) entry is entered by a different person whose name is added at the end of the entries. Below is an example of a few specific entries they document into the client's account: * "Experian dispute day counter is set". * "Your TransUnion suspicious request letter has been addressed, and new Trans Union disputes have been released". * "Your Screenshot has been received and uploaded into your account". * "The client called regarding a billing question. I was unable to assist with finding a future invoice for the client and have alerted the proper area about the clients concerns about not being able to see future billing." When I tried to cancel after ~70 days, they informed me (after canceling) that I was not eligible for a refund because I canceled BEFORE the 90 days. In other words, I was ineligible for a refund because I was unwilling to pay them one final time (because that 90 day mark also happens to be the day the next payment is due). From the very first day they could not pull my 3 credit report and I had to upload the one that I got from Experians paid service. Credit Saint slow walks your account so they can continue to collect the monthly fee. You have to call in to get an update and when you do they tell you everything is under investigation. I have been with them for a year and very little progress has been made. Literally worthless. They charged me for 5 months straight with no real change to my credit. And the bureaus contacting me because "the business is an unauthorized representative." I tried to cancel the service within the 90-day period, but they gave me the run around and claimed that it was too early to see results. This company is a scam beware. After they sent out the dispute letters I got my own letter, from a lawyer. They were going to garnish my wages for an old credit card balance. I also received letters from Experian and TransUnion. They said that they received letters with my information but it was from an unauthorized third party and they were not going to do anything. My husband and I signed up after our 9-year-old daughter had a tumor in her leg, we had to take several months off work and ended up settling with our credit accounts, which ruined our credit. Within the 90days, I tried to cancel both accounts for a refund as there had only been one item that they removed (which came back the next cycle by the way) they offered to reduce my monthly fee if I stayed. I agreed to. I ended up waiting for six months with ONE item removed from my account and none from my husbands. I'd finally had enough so I called to cancel and request a refund. It was only then I was made aware than since I had decided to stay with them for a reduced monthly price when I had first tried to cancel, I was now past the 90 days and they wouldn't refund me a penny. Do not recommend this credit repair company, they tell you that if they're not able to remove any negative items off of your report within a certain amount of days, you are entitled to a refund. When I requested a refund because there was no progress they tried to tell me items was removed, I told them those items was removed before the company started working on my credit from disputes I made on my own. They asked me to email proof showing the items was removed before that date, which I did. Then the senior manager Alexander G even went as far as to listen to previous recorded calls. He called me back and said that I was misinformed information by a representative and he'll be refunded me. A year later I'm trying to sign up with them and a representative tells me she not able to pull up my report, the system is down would I like the number to the credit bureau to dispute items myself, that made no sense to me so I ask to speak to someone else and that's when I found out they black listed my account.
