I raced to get my savings out of there and offline. Also, I looked for a bank that I could use solely for online direct deposit and paying bills. Firstmark, come to find out, had been waiting on me for 90 years. I was completely out in left field when it comes to knowing about one of the top credit unions in San Antonio, if not the state. You genuinely feel like part of the family. Even if you're 90 years late. Love Firstmark! (in the end, I did thankfully receive funds back).

Based on my full experience, it was about 80% due to customer issues and 20% due to staff. WF has excellent drive through service; there are six or seven slots to get multiple cars served at a time. If you need fast banking, go outside! ACCOUNT: I opened an account and it took a lot longer than when I had opened one at a different bank, about 1 hour here versus 15min at the other establishment. However, the bankers made it easy to add a second person to the account and to get everything set up. The process was very simple for me, which I appreciate. SERVICES: We opened accounts, got a cashier's check, dumped all of our change (they take 2% if it's over $100), and made deposits in a 24-hour window. Everything is quite accessible. Overall, it is a simple bank that does its job.

It's such a unique concept that blends banking with a modern coffee shop, and it works surprisingly well. What initially brought me in was **MLB Mondays**, which offer complimentary drinks--a fun perk that introduced me to the space. I'm glad it did because I ended up loving the atmosphere. Even when it's busy, it never feels loud or chaotic. It's the kind of place where you can focus, study, read, work remotely, or simply enjoy a good cup of coffee. The seating options are another highlight. Whether you prefer traditional tables and chairs, comfortable lounge seating, cozy benches, or smaller tables for solo work, there's a spot for everyone. They also have three reservable conference rooms, which are perfect if you need a private space for meetings or focused work. I was also impressed by the self-service cashier's check kiosk. Being able to request and print a cashier's check directly from the app is a convenient feature you don't see at most banks. The café regularly offers freebies and member perks, which definitely add value. While I found the food to be a little pricey for my taste, the drink prices were much more reasonable. Overall, I love the concept--it's part bank, part coffee shop, and completely inviting. Whether you're taking care of financial business, meeting friends, getting work done, or just looking for a comfortable place to relax, the Capital One Café is a space I'd happily return to. It may have even convinced me to look into becoming a Capital One customer again.

Now, what really brought us here was the coffee. I tried the Tropical Mocha, and it was fantastic--strong, flavorful, and definitely had the right amount of caffeine. My wife tried the Blueberry Matcha Latte, and that was delicious as well. They're also running Free Coffee Mondays through September 5th with the Capital One app, which is a pretty cool bonus. Overall, I definitely recommend giving Capital One Café a shot if you're in the area. Great customer service, comfortable environment, and most importantly for me--the coffee is damn good.
