It should be noted that, even with the credit debt on my record, when S&N Debt Solutions sought me as a client (yes, they sought me) my credit score was excellent (upward of 720). I was assured that I would have the advantage of settling long standing high balances settled for less and that I could expect my credit score to recover before long in the following year(s). I'm convinced my case was an example of the incompetence of the S&N DS 'business plan'. The "financial service agent" managing my case changed several times, each time without my being notified. I suspect it was because each agent hit a wall with one of my creditor's, in particular (Discover). It turns out that the program puts you, and you ALONE, in delinquency with your creditor(s). Several months in, I was subpoenaed to appear in court because that one non-negotiable creditor turned my account over to an aggressive collections attorney. I then called S&N Debt Solutions to advise me on this situation; they said they had nothing to offer me in terms of legal advice!. In the end, three of the four accounts they negotiated on my behalf was settled for less than owed. However, all these years later, I still make payments to the debt collector for the account they failed me on. My credit score has yet to recover anywhere near where it had been before. In short, S&N Debt Solutions suck a bag of male chickens.

They should not be charging so much when they didn't even need to get a tool out of their truck. They also tell you at the beginning of the contract that you will receive 100 percent of your money back if they cannot get you out of your timeshare. That just to sucker you in to getting your money. They use weak ass letters to send to your timeshare, and often send you the same letters to send out for you to mail out again. When you ask for your money back they claims you have went pass 18 months therefore you are not entitled to a refund. They never got you out of your timeshare even though they claim such timeshare as Wyndham takes longer. You call and email them severals months before your 18 months are up and they will not return your calls or emails until your 18 months are up. The attorney is never available when you ask to speak to him.. Also your credit will be destroyed in the meantime. The FBI needs to investigate this company for scamming people and prosecute them. They have multiple complaints . Search the internet before using them. In the meantime I will have a lawyer working on my case. Beware Pinetree Consultant.
