This turned out to be a horrible experience. First of all, this is the most expensive mobile…read moregroomer around. Beware of all the up charges. I was quoted $200 but my final bill was $276. You get charged extra if your dog has a little mat. The mobile groomer has a travel fee and if you have two dogs at one house, you get double charged. This was my first time with this company and my dog ended up with severe razor burn around his bottom. I called to tell them and all they told me was that they do 500 dogs a week and only one out of every 500 has this happen. I was also told that my dog had crusted poop on his bottom, which is completely untrue and that's why the groomer had to shave so closely. My dog sleeps next to me so there's definitely no poop. They made everything out to be my fault and they took zero responsibility. I had to purchase a soft E-collar and antiseptic medicine to care for him - another $84. So overall, this grooming experience cost me over $400.

I've never been to the actual store but have had nothing but great experiences with the mobile grooming. We've had the same groomer every time who services our area so your fur baby can get accustomed to her. They typically put a bow of some sort on her and I can snag a quick picture before she paws it out of her hair

But later that evening I noticed my dog scratching a lot(the 14th), and today (a day later, the 15th), I found fleas. I called immediately and they told me, and I quote- "two dogs came in BEFORE Blair and they were infested with fleas. We sprayed Blair in hopes it would prevent her from catching them." I'm sorry, you could've told us before we dropped our dog off that you had an infestation? This is incredibly unprofessional and overall disturbing that you wouldn't notify me just so I you wouldn't lose money. My husband and I are now covered in bites, and my poor dog is so uncomfortable. Update- here is the screenshot of the date, time, and how long the phone call was.
