Lynda came directly to my residence to ensure the most comfortable environment for my cat. The moment she arrived, I knew we were in the best possible hands. Lynda was gentle, patient and clearly experienced. She took the time to understand my cat's needs, including her health condition, her thin and sensitive skin and she adjusted her approach quickly. She even turned peaceful purring music which calmed my cat... and me to be honest. What impressed me most was her calm, reassuring manner and how she prioritized my kitty's comfort before all else. My cat is like a new kitten, she comfortable, beautiful, soft, happy and so loving! Her coat is smooth matte and tangle-free. I had searched and searched and was turned down by all vets and groomers that I had contacted due to the age of my cat. Lynda was the only person willing to take on that risk so that my kitty could live comfortably. A co-worker of mine suggested Waggs-N-Whiskers. He said that he takes his cat here often to get its nails clipped and that the staff was kind, in addition to having extremely affordable prices so... I decided to give them a call. I took Severus in for a full Grooming Treatment (which included a shower, haircut, nail clipping, ear cleaning, etc.). While I won't be doing the haircut again, I couldn't be more than happy with the service. The staff called me to let me know how things were going mid service and to let me know when I could come back to get him. I've already scheduled his next two appointments.
