What I love most about them, is that they care about my entire business and not just the piece they are hired to work on. They took a genuine interest in our services and created a fantastic end user site! We presented Experia Creative with a business challenge that we were experiencing not just on the website but through the challenges of simply being a new company and developing an easy workflow, and through their work on the website - they were able to create clarity and simplicity that we didn't even know we were looking for. Sean repeatedly gave advice and tips on how to ensure our user experience was seamless from start to finish, showing us that they care about our success and made us feel like they are invested in growing with us. Through the COVID crises-they regularly checked in, were very responsive, and easy to speak with on a human level. We look forward to having these guys as part of our company and our expansion, not just a vendor we hire when we need copy changes! Thank you Experia, Greg and Sean!

What I can say is, they wasted a week of my time waiting to hear back from them only to hear that they are too busy for the remainder of 2019 to take on any projects. My job was extremely simple. Just 3 plugins for a Wordpress site. I just paid $5 on Fiverr to have 1 of the plugins added and tomorrow I will pay $50 on Fiverr to have the 2 other added PLUS my sites backed up, transferred to a new host, migrated to Cpanel and an SSL certificate fully implemented...all guaranteed to be completed within 24 hours by a verified, certified tech with a decade of experience and hundreds of 5 star reviews. But it took Storm Brain a week to tell me they are too busy to add 3 plugins (without site migration etc) for the rest of the year?? This review isn't about a competitive company...Fiverr has people you must find, vet and contract, so nothing like Storm Brain marketing etc. It's about time management and KNOWING your project schedule EVERY DAY like a company should, so you're not wasting people's time. As a small business owner, a week, matters. Especially when you should have known the day I called that your project calendar is full for the rest of the year. Thanks for wasting my time.

What I find even more troubling is the level of contempt and dismissiveness displayed during this…read moreprocess. As a female business owner running a publication, the developer repeatedly minimized serious functional issues by labeling them as merely "cosmetic." In reality, these were not cosmetic issues at all--they impacted presentation, credibility, and the integrity of a live publication platform. For a business website, particularly a magazine platform, those details matter. Unfortunately, this interaction revealed a deeper issue: a lack of respect for the client's standards and vision. The implication that these concerns were simply "cosmetic" reflects a misunderstanding of professional publishing and the expectations of a serious business owner. Ironically, this experience will likely become material for a future editorial discussion in my magazine's upcoming issue, as it highlights a broader and very real conversation about professionalism, accountability, and how female-led businesses are sometimes dismissed in technical industries.
