She first started doing my hair right after she graduated from salon school and always does a perfect job at what I ask from her. And believe me, sometimes I ask A LOT! I have gone from platinum blonde to red, from long to short and spiked. She does it all and she does it beautifully. She has done a few spray tans on me too and I'm always more modest than not and she has a nice private spot to do it and she always makes me feel very comfortable and not so sensitive to my body issues we women feel we have. Carla knows I work some crazy hours and she always works with me to get me in whenever she can and as soon as she can and her place is always so clean! Y'all will love it here and y'all will love Carla! Yes, it's in a small town but there isn't anything she can't do!

I WAS LOCKED INSIDE, THREATENED WITH A LAWSUIT, AND HUMILIATED. DO NOT GO HERE…read more If I could leave zero stars I would. This was one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. I came in for a simple overlay with no polish and was quoted 40 dollars. Then it suddenly jumped to 50. When I mentioned I didn't like how one part looked and asked for a small adjustment, they said it would now be 75. I chose not to move forward and offered to pay for what had been done and leave. They locked the doors and refused to let me leave. I calmly asked, If I pay instead of soaking it off, how much is it? They told me I could not leave unless I soaked my nails off. This happened before the police even arrived. They were fully trying to force me to sit there and waste more of my time after disrespecting me. Once the police got there and I asked the same question again -- then they switched up and said I could just pay 30 dollars. But by that time, the damage was already done. The stress. The embarrassment. The humiliation. Let me be clear -- they called the police on me and threatened to sue me, even though I offered to pay. They made a huge scene and tried to make it seem like I didn't have the money. Another woman ended up giving me the 30 dollars just so I could leave. And yes, the man looked visibly upset that someone helped me because they wanted control -- not resolution. This was never about the money. It was about how they treated me. Talking to me like I was beneath them. Insisting on controlling the outcome even though I was calm and respectful at first. The security guard even said I did not have to pay -- and they still caused a scene. Attached is a photo of the nails they refused to let me leave with. [Insert photo here] To the salon -- This was not customer service. This was emotional manipulation and intimidation. To everyone else -- Please do not give your money to businesses that do not respect you. Speak up. Say something. And never let anyone try to control you over services they barely provided. This was disgusting and deeply unprofessional. Never again.

The quality is nice and all, but some of them are uneven. Although the vibes are great and they even offer you a drink. But the lady who did my nails sat down and one lady said "can you wax my eyebrows?" the lady who was doing my nails said "okay" and just got up so I was just sitting there like "when am I getting my nails finished?" And the like five minutes later she finished and another lady wanted her eyebrows waxed and I was just sitting there. And they had at least 4 workers in there and 2 of them were on their phones. At least they have a tv in there or else I would have been so bored. Then she came back and started doing my nails and every time she switched hands she would yank it. That's why I give this nail salon .
