They came around December 2023, I paid for a rug to be cleaned, a sectional couch, and a single bedroom in our home. I was left 1 bottle of cleaner and told it would handle pet urine/ stains. After the initial cleaning the rug still had a urine smell from a dog mess. They came back in Jan. 2024 as promised, cleaned it, and sprayed it with their peroxide style cleaner. That is the last time they have come to my house. They have charged me $68 every single month since then, which I have paid religiously. Yet they have not come back for any free cleaning nor brought us any of the "unlimited free cleaner" EVER. I paid $500ish for the initial cleaning in Dec. 2023, then $1,156 in monthly fees since then and I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A SINGLE CLEANING, BOOTTLE OF PEROXIDE CLEANER, OR CALL BACK SINCE! I now have text messages going back to September 2024 asking for more of the unlimited peroxide, and Robert said he would drop it off. This was after I offered to pick it up. Guess what? Never received it. Asked again. No response. Called, no answer. It is now JUNE 2025, guess what? Still taking my monthly payments, still reading my text messages, but won't answer my calls or texts or provide the services I have paid for. Avoid them at all costs. True clean by far is the best company to call to have your carpets and upholstery cleaned. I had…read morespots on my floor and couches from my son spilling his juice and when true clean came out you would have thought I had gotten all new furniture and carpets! Everything looked great and I didn't have to wait hours on end for everything to dry which is what I'm always concerned about. The technician was very friendly and explained the process well and told me good tips for upkeep. He also gave me a warranty in case something happens like when my son decides to put his cup on the couch instead of the table! I will never call anyone other than true clean to step in my home and do a fabulous job!! They are highly recommend in my book and should be to everyone!!
