Services provided JAN 2025…read more Living far from where you need service is challenging when deciding on who you're going to hire. It can be a stressful and costly gamble hiring someone when you aren't from the area; with best voice and effort put forward during an initial call followed by a deposit with the final result to be completed one to several weeks later, and will even be to your satisfaction? None of that applies here - our experience with Tate Home Services was outstanding! After speaking with Aaron on the phone, I drove out where we met, looked at the property being prepped for sale then shook hands agreeing on what was to be done. I found Aaron to be courteous and profession both on the phone and also in person. He listened to my concerns and goal then helped formulate a plan to get the job done. Initial survey photos helped us to narrow down the work to be completed, a timeline was put into place and then final photos were sent showing all the work that had been performed. Other than our first meeting at the property, Tate Home Services completed all service requested in a professional and timely manner. Great communication skills, value and quality work. Billing, deposit and final balance were all handled remotely without issue. Thanks, Aaron! I'm keeping you in my phone should we ever need anything in your service area or have friends that are in need of referrals. jto

I sent multiple emails responding to their invoice inquiry, but they sat in their spam folder. I was verbally told they were leaving double negative reviews, strictly to get my attention. I have a recorded call from yesterday where they stated all this but refuse to be honest online. They purposely copy and pasted a negative review to apply twice against the company I work for. Per their contract with us, they receive payment 45 days from the date we receive their invoice OR when we receive payment from our client. I do not recommend getting involved with dishonest people who use the internet as a game to destroy other businesses. This company did not hold up to the terms of their agreement and are using the internet as a game of destruction.

"We first hired Suther Solutions for a kitchen remodel in Pinehurst, and the quality of…read moreconstruction was so far above what we had experienced with other contractors that we knew immediately -- if we ever needed remodeling work again, there was only one call to make. That call came about a year later when a tree came down on our home during a storm. It was an overwhelming situation, and honestly, we didn't know where to start. We called Tom, and he responded immediately -- not with a sales pitch, but with calm, practical solutions. He walked us through exactly what needed to happen, helped us understand the scope of the damage, and guided us through the entire insurance process in a way that made something incredibly stressful feel manageable. What began as emergency repair work quickly revealed the opportunity to finally address two bathrooms we had been putting off for years. Tom's expertise and honest guidance made the decision easy -- and the results were exactly what we hoped for. Both bathrooms were completed to the same exceptional standard as our kitchen: quality craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and a job site kept clean and professional throughout every phase. If you are looking for a remodeling contractor in Pinehurst or anywhere in Moore County who will be there for the straightforward projects and the difficult ones -- Suther Solutions is that company. Tom and his team have earned our complete trust, and we recommend them without reservation to anyone considering a kitchen remodel, bathroom renovation, or whole-house remodeling project in the Sandhills."

Their willing attitude in our phone inquiry was the first positive step. They were busy, and offered a date that was when we would be on vacation. That was okay - they began when we returned and we now had a thick closed cell foam insulation on the walls and ceiling. The final clean-up was perfect! They finished today, they were paid along with a "tip" for the workers. We fully recommend "Spray Foam of the Pines" for anyone wanting a great product and a reasonable cost!
