This place is terrific :)…read more Having to drive about half hour to get here in the winter I don't do it often but when I do, I'm always surprised by the variety and service. My two little devils require lots of treats, healthy snacks with two or three ingredients that I can pronounce as well as chew toys and outdoor gear as the seasons change. The drive is always worth it, the service is beyond good, getting a free pup cup around the birthdays is really fun too, the staff care and it shows. Elizabeth gets all the stars we can give! I had never had a pet sitter beyond family coming to…read morefill my cat's food and water and I had no clue what to expect or what questions to ask. She was extremely professional and prepared- she came to my home masked (COVID-19) for the interview/initial set-up and was amazing! We went over pet health, where pet supplies were, what my kitty's habits/likes/dislikes are, if there were any household things like mail or plant watering that needed to be taken care of, contacts in case of emergency, etc. It took a few visits for my kitty to come out to visit with her, but she was very understanding and patient! (Maisie Cat had a very hard life before me.) Now when Elizabeth visits she meets her at the top of the stairs, purring! Elizabeth usually sends me a quick text saying everything is fine on the days she visits and when I arrive home there is a detailed sheet with all kinds of updates. There were a few days when my schedule changed last minute and I texted Elizabeth, asking if she could switch visit dates. She worked with me when she could and was very flexible!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Elizabeth has taken care of our farm animals (goats, chickens,…read moredogs) and gecko for many years. She goes the extra mile in making sure that everyone is happy and healthy while in her care! She leaves thorough notes and checks in as needed. Elizabeth handles everything as it comes and always has a smile!!

I started going to this vet in…read more1998 when I moved to the area, took all my pets there, I was noticing the changes (no longer the small time vet but business), but still I was loyal to them, till unfortunately I lost my cat to their greed. She was not eating, very, very little for days, getting so weak she hardly could walk, we had tried a medicine to improve her appetite but didn't work, they recommended another that "should" work, but didn't have at the office and had to order not knowing how long it could take, I saw that on Chewy.com I could overnight it and start right away, but they REFUSED to give me the prescription, so more days with no eating and by the time I got the med, was too late and my cat is dead. Am I going to recommend them, heck NO!

His prices are always fair and if we have to wait a little at our appointed time, oh well. You can be sure it's because he can't say no. You can always be sure of seeing the same vet every time you have an appointment. That means a lot to me and my dogs. That's not the way it works at a lot of clinics. I seriously have nothing bad to say about Dean. He goes over and above caring for animals. Dean is currently taking care of my son's dog at his own home because he will not give up trying to save the dog. That says all I need to know.
