They had to remove a 6x6 post along with remnants of some other fence post that was here from long ago. They performed a very nice neat clean job. They showed up when they said they would and did exactly everything by the book which also means filing permits and arranging inspections which is always PITA. From the 3 bids I got they were not the most expensive nor the cheapest but what they were was responsive and followed through with their work which is rare to find a residential contractor like this in Florida. Would use again when the rest of the wood fence finally falls apart

We got our estimate fast and were scheduled for our new fence a few months later. This delay was completely understandable considering how much damage there was in our area. On our scheduled date, two workers showed up on time and spent the better part of a day replacing our old wooden fence with a new, vinyl one. I can't say enough good things about the value, quality product, and customer service we received. We are 100% pleased and would definitely recommend Andrew Ryan Outdoor Design for all of your related needs! THANK YOU !!

The contract said they were supposed to level the floor to the existing house floor. The actual floor ended up 6" out of level leaving a significant drop. They refused to make it right. There is so much to say about Leor and his crew at Leveline Construction…read more We had the pleasure of working with Leor on a large renovation on our 1918 bungalow home in St. Petersburg. We had been looking to engage a Construction company to handle the job for 2 years. We had been dreaming of a renovation for many years but had other projects on our plate to start. We had meetings and estimates with 2 prior companies before Leor. After those meetings we did not have the confidence to hire either. There was no rapport. We found Leveline Construction and had a sit down with Leor. From the beginning we felt comfortable with Leor. We felt we were heard and hired him. We received the estimate, timeline, payment schedule all laid out before us. What a smart decision was this. We had basic plans and permit prior to our hiring Leveline. Sitting down with Leor in his office we were guided thru all the aspects of the job. His knowledgable guidance through decision making was just what we needed. So many details to make and all the options we were guided through. The man has the patience of a saint. Leor and his crew from demo to completion were meticulous. They worked consistently daily with a friendly and exceptional crew. Ours is an older home which had many surprises when opening floors, ceilings and walls. There were renovations evidently done prior to owning our home that were not done properly. But with Leor that all changed. We could not be happier with his work. Enclosing a side porch for half bath and laundry room. A new large dream kitchen, expanded master suite with a fantastic master bath was planned along with Coffered ceilings and refinished flooring. New doors and windows were installed. Upon seeing the updated outcome it made this grown man cry. All this was done while we were away for months, The completion timeline was six months.. Leor spoke and updated us frequently. He advised and guided us He sent us pictures and videos during the process. Leor's attention to detail was phenomenal. With his envisioning of what we were hoping for and his ideas enhanced our original plans. With two back to back hurricanes, these men finished the job early so it was ready for our earlier than expected return. Feedback from our neighbors and family members on our return was that this crew worked consistently on our home to completion. They stated they had to tell us how amazing this company is. If you are looking for a company of professionals, you can find it in Leveline Constuction. Thanks Leor on a fantastic job!

Leor was always available for our questions and concerns we had. The project included installing a bathtub, create a huge shower enclosure with several shower jets, tile to ceiling, glass wall, create a toilet enclosure, double sinks, install mirrors, install recess lights and create a closet for linens with a hidden laundry basket. And they were able to do all that without damaging any of the rooms next to this new bathroom and the most amazing was there was no damage to the ceiling downstairs. I cannot express how impressed we were with their attention to detail and quality of work of all their team members. Through the years I have referred them to friends and family in the area.
