Not a great first impression for a new location.

I recommend ACU because they not only help us generate leads, but they also assist us in converting those leads into patients. Our staff struggled to keep track of where patients were coming from, and ACU's team helped us understand the results we were getting for the money we were spending. They care about more than just generating leads; they care about getting appointments and ensuring a good return on investment. They take the time to understand our practice's needs and dedicate enough time to our marketing efforts. They're always available and constantly stay updated with the latest trends and Google algorithms. I've recommended ACU to many of my friends because I believe they teach the importance of marketing and not just advertising. They help us understand the market and culture of our specific area, which is crucial for effective marketing. They've been our partners for several years, and I can confidently say that they're a valuable asset to any business looking to grow.

I called Hughes net to repair their equipment and they once again dispatched this company to repair my service. On my first service call, the technician never showed up and left my wife and I sitting around the house all day with no call and no show. I then called Hughes.net to cancel my service on the following Monday. Hughes.net assured me that this was an isolated incident and to give them another chance. I gave Hughes.net another chance and they then dispatched the same company to perform the repair. The original service appointment was from 8am-12pm. My wife worked from home in the morning and waited for elinkers to show up and they never did. I called Hughes.net and they contacted elinkers to find their location. The technician said that he will come to our house after his last appointment. The technician never showed. This company has a complete disregard for people's time and I almost feel as if they said they would come after their last appointment as a joke. I recommend if you need any communications service, you go somewhere else.

I never completely hung up the call, I put them all on silent. After the 4th I picked up and said I wasn't interested Ally hung up on me right on the spot. I got another call less than a minute after calling back and it's some dude asking why I'm harassing his assistant.... Look at the call logs dude, she was harassing me. He's telling me that I need to calm down because I was the one wanting a job... dude that was a long ass time ago. Sorry your assistant isn't on top her crap.
