Aletha to the rescue, anytime one of my boys is having a bad morning, with no hesitation she walks out of any class she's in, opens her arms and says "cm'on let's go have a good day" Ms.

My daughter loves the school and the teachers, especially Ms. Fabi, her class teacher. The Director, Asila, she is very nice and she will work with you on anything. We are glad that we found this AMAZING School.

As in any school or establishment individual experience is going to be different, depending upon the teacher in classroom in with your child is placed. I picked my child up today only to hear her screaming at him through the door. I arrived early to pick him up. As I approached the classroom door I heard her yelling at him to go to sleep calling him a baby and telling him he needs to go to the baby room since he won't sleep. My son was crying telling her he didn't want to go to the baby room saying "I'm a big boy". This was not a stern or firm teacher voice, this was screaming and berating my son in front of his classmates during their nap time. My son should not have had to go through that, the other children in the class should not have had to hear that. As a former teacher myself this is NO WAY in which to speak to a child, especially for not napping. This "teacher" does not deserve the title and should not be working with children. Once she came to the door, her tone completely changed, she became extremely soft spoken and sweet. The hypocrisy was ridiculous. I mentioned the experience to the front staff as the director of the school was not there. They apologized.

So caring, kind and invested in our daughter and her well being. I can't say enough about the two guides in her classroom as well and how nurturing they are and dedicated to her development. I couldn't trust them more! We get regular updates via the story park app on her progress and they are quick to respond if I ever reach out with a question. We are so impressed with her development over the past 3 months. Her vocabulary has skyrocketed as well as her independence at home. The school has so many events parents can participate in and really feel a part of the Montessori journey alongside the student. The faculty is communicative and our son feels so loved by not just his peers and teacher, but everyone there. The school events are always enjoyable and educational. The campus is beautiful and adheres to Montessori above and beyond the 4 other Montessori schools in the area I toured, interviewed, and considered. It went from being one of the best Montessori's in the area to a nightmare. Classes are without Lead teachers for months, teacher turnover is extremely high, zero communication from the school about events and changes to the school calendar made last minute without any consideration for parents. The new director is not receptive to feedback from parents, and it seems to be common practice for newly hired teachers to scream, shout and use inappropriate language to control the children. It was a lengthy process in choosing her first school and we are very pleased to have chosen Primrose. The school and the staff have been playing a significant role in the development and growth of our daughter. Over time since she joined, Isha loved going to school. Apart from the outstanding curriculum, numerous other activities like Christmas celebrations, Easter Egg Hunt, the annual graduation ceremony, etc., have piqued Isha's interest and made her appreciate the time she is spending in school. It is to be noted that the staff put in a lot of time, effort and energy into the execution of the aforementioned events that they end up being really grand, rich and thoroughly memorable experiences for students and parents alike. The school has also ensured that they strictly meet the dietary requirements of each child. The staff also do a commendable job in communicating with us about the child's daily activities, upcoming events, payment reminders and accommodating many other requests we've made. It has been a breeze communicating with Ms. Corrine, especially, and she has always been prompt, quick and always helpful in her response. Our special mention goes to Ms. Alissa. Ever since Ms. Alissa became the class teacher for Pre-K-2, Isha wasn't just happy but was excited to go to school. We, as parents, could clearly see that Ms. Alissa genuinely cared about the kids in the class, made them all feel inclusive, provided individual care to each one of them and actually wanted them to be happy & comfortable. The very manner she greets the kids in the morning not only brightens their days but ours as well. As we drop off our daughter and drive away in the morning, we feel relieved and at peace knowing that Ms. Alissa is there to take care of our daughter. We also want to thank Ms. Margie (who in Isha's words is a very sweet teacher), Ms. Shilpi, Mr. Alan (whose high-fives instantly cheer up Isha in the morning), Ms. Suzanne and Ms. Heather.
