Casey was easy to communicate with, down to earth and always honest with me. Any questions or concerns were always answered in timely fashion. My case was a long shot from the start but we set out to challenge the law's interpretation for the benefit of all Virginia's workers. Casey believed in me and what we were trying to accomplish. He argued my case all the way to Virginia's Supreme Court. They would not hear my case and sadly in the end we did not prevail. However I know we were on the right side of the law and I could not be more proud of the job Casey did representing myself and all Virginia's workers. I highly recommend Casey Ariail of River Run Law to anyone needing assistance in workers comp or any areas of their practice. Don't hesitate to contact him and once again thank you Casey!
