He quoted a fair price but charged less that the quoted price (there were less signatures required than I guessed). Russ offered to take the completed documents to UPS and drop it off. He also noticed that the notary form was not CA compliant and had brought an extra form that was valid. Russ came 15 minutes early to the appointment (parking issues in the past) and offered to wait until the scheduled time. He became impatient, lost his temper and kicked me out of the store, threatening to call the police for my simple question and rational request for understanding. I tried to make peace and asked him why he was so upset. I never write reviews but I had to write this one, and plan to contact the store owner. I left the store with him continuing to rage and grabbing other packages violently. He obviously really hates his job. Terrible service. Fed ex costed more but was worth it. Never going to 3rd st ups in Davis again.
