My child started attending this daycare in February of 2023. I would frequently pick her up with full diapers, diaper rash, excessive thirst, and hunger. Often times there would be no one in the facility and I would have to walk around to the back gate and yell for someone to come to the door. I also asked if I could change my daughter's diaper immediately after picking her up and was refused entrance to their facility, leaving me no option but to change my daughter's poopy diaper in my car in their parking lot.
My child was diagnosed with Enterobius 4.5 months after she started attending this daycare. I took my child to several doctors starting in March, she was misdiagnosed three times. My daughter suffered severe physiological and cognitive delays as a result of this daycare's negligence. In an attempt to speak with the director about the pinworm infection, Carrie NEVER spoke to me about it, and only called me when I mentioned contacting an attorney to an employee when I was told she didn't have their tax number. Carrie called me from a restricted line, left a voicemail with their tax ID number, and not once addressed the pinworm infection. I also E-mailed her about the infection, and still have yet to receive an E-mail back.
If your child attends this daycare, I highly recommend getting your child treated for Enterobius (pinworms); a scotch tape test underneath a microscope is the best way; stool samples often show false-negative results.
I do not recommend anyone's child to attend this pre-school. There is so much more to this story, but those are the highlights, and the most important. It isn't a safe place for children.
