My youngest has a rare immune system condition and ALL the staff became educated on what to be on alert with so we knew if he was becoming exposed to anything risky. When you have a business that is surrounded with children, it is bound that something is going to come up from time to time. They have done a deligient job in keeping us informed of any "concerning" conditions that enter the daycare and knew to keep an "eye" on him to watch for any signs of illness for my son. They have always been willing to step in and help administer antibiotics if needed and recommended by a physician and this has made a working mom feel at ease knowing that her son is in good hands. I was nervous at first because alot seemed to happen in the "big room" at unit 1, but it seems to work and run effectively. The kids all seem to be happy and that is what is important! They have a structured center and Johnny always would tell me what he learned at the center. They have a daily chart in Unit I and I never felt I didn't know how his day went. He talked about the friendships that he had made and he transitioned into the new center with ease. I believe that my son has a good sense about himself and not once did he seem uneasy with going into this center. This past year we made the transfer to Unit II since he is in kindergarten this year and while we had a classroom teacher switch, he seems to enjoy going to the new building. They are following the curriculum of his school since he is only in kindergarten for a half day. Anytime that I have had questions or any concerns, I have ALWAYS felt that whoever I have asked, has ALWAYS given me the attention that I sought and has answered my questions or helped me to figure out a solution. This center is a family run facility and everyone has been easy to talk to you, to work with, and has made it a fun environment for my son. My oldest son who is watched by my mother-in-law during the school year was hesitant to go back to a center after a year off, but after a few days, he seemed to transition into the center as well. This year should be fun since both boys will be in Unit II. I would recommend Weiglestown Child Care Center to anyone that is looking for daycare. It is a difficult thing knowing that you have to work to provide for your family but it is soothing to know that while you are out there making a living, your child is in a safe and fun environment :)

The class size was very small, so all of the children got individual attention and instruction during the half hour session. I love that I got to watch their progress each week from the balcony! The pool is heated, so no chattering teeth like we had experienced at a nearby YMCA's swim class. At the end of the class, the teacher was able to tell us if they're ready to advance to the next level or should repeat the one they're in for more practice. We will definitely be signing up for classes again!
