Not only was the inspection package itself detailed, he also provides video where he walks through the package and explains your fireplace system and any notes he made. We've since used him for a repair that was needed that he found during the inspection. The initial process used to repair the backwall didn't take, and not only did he redo the repair with a different process at no additional charge, he also came out on a Saturday morning to ensure it was fixed before the holidays. In summary, he's timely, professional, nice and detailed. And all of this at affordable rates. We'll be continuing to use him for any future cleanings and repairs!

If I could give Metro Stone and Granite 0 stars, I would. Their workmanship is shoddy, their…read morecustomer service dismissive, and they absolutely refuse to stand behind their product. We moved into our new home excited about the quartz countertops and bathroom sink they installed. That excitement quickly turned to frustration when we discovered glue left on the quartz and etching on the bathroom sink. These defects were not visible during the builder's "quality inspection" -- only after we actually moved in, cleaned the surfaces ourselves, and saw them under normal daily use. When we raised these issues, Metro Stone and Granite's response was to shrug it off and blame us, insisting we should have caught it before moving in. To make matters worse, they sent out a technician who didn't even know the difference between granite and quartz, and proceeded to lecture us about how Windex can etch granite -- which is irrelevant, because we don't even have granite. This company does not take accountability, delivers subpar work, and treats customers like they're the problem. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Metro Stone and Granite is unprofessional, careless, and completely unworthy of your trust.

I know that this fence will remain strong for the long haul. On top of the quality of their work, they price their work fairly. Beyond their work, the team is made up of great people who are friendly and professional. I could not recommend Elite fence any higher.

It was hard for me not to upsell myself due to the abundance of beautiful stones, slate, etc. for floors, walls, landscaping, chimneys, indoor/outdoor projects, you name it. Willie was the delivery guy. He was super nice and easy to talk with. Willie also was very skilled with where I needed the stone placed by his forklift...it was a tight area near the house. Fantastic job by all. I will be going back when I devise another project.
