Being a private school you expect more, because each child is so profitable from the monthly income they bring into the school, they will keep a bully vs removing them. Both of my children were bullied, the principal would tell me it will be talked about every time I came for help to protect my child. The bullying continued, so bad my children had to be forced to go to school to not get behind as they felt they endured mental abuse. The rate at which students are leaving this school for another school is high. The principal allows the best students to leave by not addressing the problem students. Every student causing problems can stay and persist in problems rather than being removed permanently as the parents talk in groups about how everyone pulls from the school because the principal is allowing the problem students to maintain bullying. My son now has to be removed from the school because he is crying himself to sleep. the child harassing him has been allowed to do so the entire year no change only empty promises. If your child is harassed, you'll be forced to leave because the harasser will never be asked to leave. Shameful

Little dude can read incredibly well. He loves his school as we do too. It is structured which is expected and exactly what we wanted. My kids thrive in this environment and can't thank Challenger and staff enough.

Our children absolutely love this school and feel very comfortable there. From the moment we walk in, the environment feels warm, calm, and intentionally cared for. The classrooms are spotless, thoughtfully designed, and organized in a way that feels nurturing rather than chaotic. Cleanliness here is clearly a priority, and it shows every single day. This quality is at the top of my list of must haves for a place for my children! What truly sets Primrose apart, though, is the staff. The teachers are engaged, attentive, and genuinely loving. Our children are greeted by name, embraced with kindness, and supported emotionally as well as academically. They both come home happy, confident, and excited to tell us about what they learned and did that day. That alone speaks volumes. The curriculum has been age-appropriate, structured, and meaningful. We regularly see projects, activities, and evidence of learning come home. More importantly, we see growth--in social skills, independence, curiosity, and joy. This is not a place where children are discouraged from being kids; it's a place where they're guided, supported, and encouraged to thrive, be curious and inquisitive. Every child and family is different, and I fully respect that experiences can vary. But for us, Primrose has been nothing but a positive, loving, and enriching environment. If you're looking for a preschool that prioritizes safety, cleanliness, emotional care, and thoughtful learning, this school has been an excellent fit for our family. We're grateful to be part of this community and would confidently recommend it to other parents.

Most importantly, our child feels safe, happy, and excited to go each day and it shows in the daily pictures we receive and her big smiles when she sees Miss Abby. The staff is top notch from the administration team to the teachers. You can tell they really love taking care of the kiddos. Worth every penny.

Unfortunately we were disappointed when we learned that Idaho ranks LAST in the NATION for early childhood education participation, and 68 percent of Idaho's 3- and 4-year-olds are not attending ANY preschool. We did not want to be part of that statistic so we began our preschool search based off of accredited early education programs like NAEYC, NHSA, ZeroToThree, and NAAEE standards. While we were fortunate to find multiple options in the Treasure Valley there were only a few that rose above the rest. We highlighted Kodomo Kids because they offer: - certified/well-educated staff (graduate degree early education) - small class size in an informal yet safe/clean environment - NO screen time in lieu of daily nature play outdoors - uses the Brightwheel phone app for real time updates throughout the day - fluency in multiple languages (Japanese and American Sign Language) There is still a lot of research to be done on childhood bilingualism but we do know that children can learn two or more languages during childhood without any problems. And that in fact, it is much easier to learn language in the early years from a native speaker not videos. Our son has been enrolled since 2017 and thoroughly enjoys his "sensei" and we love the caring attention and interactive education curriculum he receives. Kanpai to arigatō!

Consistency in care is very important to help children feel safe and secure. We provide diapers, wipes, and food. Daily activities include, but are not limited to reading, singing and dance, counting, simple math skills, problem solving, art, nature science (we are working on getting a garden going!), piano skills, exercise, free play, etc... We do not have screen time at any time during the day, as we are focused on personal and meaningful interactions that help shape the developmental years.
