More work than the scope originally discussed was uncovered and Cole found a way to fit it in. His extra care to assure that dry rot was removed and even battling bees demonstrated his willingness to go the extra mile. Inside, my place had badly damaged, and poorly installed flooring that they replaced and took extra care even under appliances. As mold was uncovered, they remediated and took that same extra attention to detail which shows that extra care this team should be well known for. I happen to be one of those '...and one more thing' homeowners, which is hard not to be when you have someone working so hard and doing such great work. The flooring was installed well, though it wasn't the product that I wanted. Then they painted the house without covering the floors. The result is paint-splotched flooring. They demolished the kitchen and bathroom. Then, 9 weeks after starting a 3 week job, they packed up their tools and personal effects and left. I paid them 22,000.00 up front for materials, most of which never showed up. In total I paid them 43,700.00 only to be left with no working bathroom, kitchen or heat. I am now paying another contractor to clean up their mess and finish the job. Kelly also failed to pay her subcontractors so I am paying them now. Beware of Kelly Lenz and Driving Force Construction.
