In addition to sales and trade in promos they were having some speakers put on classes one of which gave me an even more solid reason to stop by. It's a big store with an impressive amount of photography equipment and just about every big brand and even some smaller ones represented. The photo processing and studio in the back kind of make it an ideal all-in-one location for all things photography related. They had plenty of helpful staff on hand to help out the crowd of people in the store at the time but the majority of customers clearly knew what they were talking about and what they were looking for. I would be interested to see how the staff are on regular business days but they did seem very friendly throughout all of my interactions. The back studio area where the class/presentation was held is an impressive size. I could see how it could be useful for a number of situations. All in all this was a great introduction to the shop and hopefully I'll be able to visit more often in the future.

It was fairly busy on a Sunday afternoon, which tells me that this place is likely always busy (which is not a terrible thing). What I noticed within the first few minutes, is that the staff in here are super knowledgeable. This is not ideal for someone looking for speedy fast service. What you'll find here is trustworthy, thorough, and detailed advice and expertise. Expect to be patient with wait times. They also have a studio space that can be rented by the hour for photo shoots. The only reason I have 4 stars is because I was hoping they'd offer more money for my camera. I will be back!

I asked what sizes the pictures were inside the frame. She returned my call the next day and I had to ask the question again and she did not have an. answer. I asked if this was her company , was she the owner because I couldn't understand WHY she does not know her product. She stated , she was the owner and would have to call me back with the information. Then hung up on me. I called her back, it went to voice mail and while leaving a message it was disconnected. I called back again, she answered and was in the process of stating my anger that she hung up on me and she proceeded to tell me how rude I WAS. First of all, I left a message with my question... If I were the owner of this business I would have had an answer when I called the potential customer. I wouldn't hang up on that person. And if it were true, she didn't hang up on me ( as she stated) I would have called the customer back and apologized for the call being disconnected. Also, she stated she was driving and with her family in the car. I mentioned she should of called me when she had time to discuss this problem. I am the grandmother of the child in daycare that is using this company for student pictures. If I had any influence on what company they use, I would definitely NOT purchase anything from this women. Needless to say, we did not purchase a picture package from her.

Nancy is warm, funny, creative and professional. We shot at The Dole Mansion (where her studio is located) and the location made it all the better for me. The pictures? They're the best pictures I've ever had taken. I'm actually comfortable with the way I look, which is unusual for me. There are a ton of kids coming in and out throughout the day. I've seen staff cleaning. We started sending my daughter two days a week since she started late in life because of covid. I have enough trust in the teachers to drop her off where she needs to go, and I sit in the lobby. All she has done is thrive. It's hard for a teacher to work with kids if they are turning to find their parents all the time. She will be six this month, and she will be in level six.

On top of the service getting worse and the facility not being kept up the prices are getting higher. Lastly, they don't mind cancelling on you last minute but if you cancel on them last min that's not allowed or you lose a class. Literally they called me last week to cancel my class on that same call I asked if I can cancel a makeup class so I would have to wearing an almost an hour in between classes and I was told no I would lose that class. "Hold on you literally just cancelled mine but I can't cancel the makeup?" and " I have to wait around for an almost an hour for the next one?" Complete disregard for your time again as long as they get paid. It doesn't matter. We cancelled our membership immediately and are starting somewhere else next month.
