Should really say "world of the client's own," since our event has a different theme every time. Whole team of decorators you'll see fine tuning lighting, flower arrangements, final things with true care and artist's perfectionism till guests arrive. Amazing detail, impressive flexibility with last minute needs we always manage to throw their way the day-of. Food is not banquet food, truly. Always excellent. A few times we have had a "world food station-based" type of dinner event I myself would opt for every time. The Mediterranean station had these simple but perfect bite-sized options all stacked into a tower, and the Asian fusion corner included a visiting sushi chef with his assistants. No limit of this stuff, wow! Our coordinator and I offer kudos to Beth and the teamwork she brings to the full-service, no work to the client, efficiency. True pros are present even till the end of the night, making sure service flows without interruption.

if I would have known how this place was going to treat the people who we brought in for catering…read moreand how the bartender treated our guest. My husband and I would have NEVER had our wedding here. We had a cash bar at our wedding and our guest were okay with it. We even told them before the event. One guest tried to bring their own drinks in but were told no by the event coordinator. Our guests respectful their request. However, the bartender told them to pour their drinks into a styrofoam cup and bring it in. Again no! That will get our event shut down. The bartender was rude to our guest, swearing at kids, overcharging our guest for drinks. We had guest tell us they were charged $4 for pop when on contract it was $2,$6 for cranberry with no alcohol, someone charged $14 for a pop and a high noon,as well charging men less then women and after the wedding reception we were told she served someone underage alcohol as she wasn't checking IDs. My husband asked the bartender nicely for help opening the champ bottles. The bartender old him, "I'm your bartender not your fucking event coordinator. Go find her". My husband was soon down with that and went to go find her. He told the event coordinator either we get a new bartender or no more drinks. She called the owner of the place and said if she leaves, no more drinks. My husband said okay, he got on the mic and asked everyone if they wanted any more drinks. Everyone said no and he turned to the coordinator and said "get her the fuck out" to the bartender. Many people have asked us if we believe that the bartender was acting the way she did because it was two gay guys getting married and I honest believe that. If we had a choice to pick our own bartender it would be different. After the reception we found out the catering service we had was denied heating elements and utensils. Just not the stove. When our catering service asked for help and assistance, the coordinator said under her breath, "what kind of catering company are you, you fucking Mexican." My husband's aunts stepped up to help the catering company we had. When we brought up the issues with the owner of the event hall about the bartender and underage serving. He brushed it off as it was nothing. My husband informed the owner that someone recorded him going off on the mic and uploaded it online and how it's going viral. The owner said that was unprofessional of that person. But yet it wasn't unprofessional how the bartender and coordinator acted? I will be sure that all my friends, family and my husband's family and friends never host an event here

We were sent pierogi, pork chops, stuffed cabbage and chicken paprikash in half pan sizes. German's has a large food to-go menu that can be placed with 72 hours notice. Our sender let us know that while they don't list prices on their website menu (odd), you can call and have one with prices emailed to you. All the prices are very fair and nothing here is overpriced. My favorite dish so far is the pork chops. I'm not typically a person that enjoys pork chops but these have the perfect breaded flavor and fall off the bone just as they should. The paprikash half pan is quite literally HEAVY - we have yet to open it in the fridge but I can't wait. We'd definitely order food from here in the future.

I booked for my friend's bachelorette party and I am beyond thankful I found them. The original bar we went to wasn't what we expected. I was so stressed because I wanted the bride to be happy. Since Racquel and DaMante are so amazing and attentive, they checked on us and offered to take us to other spots in town. Since they had connections, we were able to go to all the best spots! At one bar, DaMante took over the entire place and became the DJ and hype man. It was like a movie. He made the place come alive and we would have had a boring night without them. Above and beyond would be an understatement. They were also so caring and patient looking after 20+ women having a good time! The vibes and service were immaculate and I will forever cherish this experience and how happy it made my friend. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had all thanks to Racquel and DaMante. Incredible humans and business. Also, Racquel is a fantastic owner. There was a lot to see and I would definitely give yourself at least 90 minutes to see both areas. There is a hangar also to see the bigger planes. There were many nice tributes, and we got a kick out of the Hogan's Heroes memorabilia. The vintage cars were a bonus. I can't wait to tell my dad he needs to take a drive here just for the classic cars! I think one of the first cars he drove was the '57 bel aire convertible. The yellow one here is in pristine condition. Also loved the vintage Bob's Big Boy side of window drive up sign. Classic! The attention to detail and restoration is truly a labor of love for many of the items here. In the hangar, there were quite a few volunteers. They were busy getting things ready for Father's Day weekend! The ford two motor plane will be taking passengers for a nostalgic ride. This museum is an amazing tribute to the put in bay, Lake Erie aviators. There is also war memorabilia! The investment that continues in this amazing museum and the diner attached is remarkable. I'll be telling my aviation, car enthusiast friends and people looking for something neat to do to come by, enjoy and donate to help these pieces of history to continue to be available for generations to come! Great way to spend a few hours! Highly recommend this Gem! PS, I did return the glasses after I left. I also bought a cute onesie for my granddaughter !
