However, I received a welcomed text stating that the repairs would cost "roughly" $185, which made my decision to have the mower repaired. I felt a little differently about my decision after I paid "roughly" $80 over the estimate which included a 4% charge for using a credit card (I never carry that much cash even on vacation) and no senior or Veterans discount. If my mower breaks down in the future it would be a tough decision to bring it back to Woods, not for the quality repairs but the cost.

I also wanted pipes for a shower hookup and a sink hookup. Tom and Brian Callahan came to do the job. They found a partially rotted bean and unstable flooring in the bathroom. They spent three days working to correct all the deficiencies. They did a great job, even though they had to spend a lot of time about 10 feet or more above the stairs on a ladder. Tom even found me a lid to my downstairs toilet, and he didn't charge me for it. The lid had been broken when a cabinet fell off the wall.
